A Will Is Not Enough<\/b><\/p>\n
Of course, even the simplest of Wills is better than no plan at all. In order to have a truly effective estate plan, you need more than just a Will. Not only does a Will fall short in each of the above categories, it also does nothing to protect the financial interests of your loved ones as they go on to live their lives.
